Payment

Booking Policy

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here’s how payment works:

​

  • Payment is due in full at time of booking.

  • Monthly packages are paid on the 1st of each month to reserve your child’s weekly spot.

  • E-transfer instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Your child’s time slot is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations


Families are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled lesson times. If you are unable to attend a session, 24 hours notice is appreciated whenever possible. Please note that missed or cancelled lessons are not reimbursed.
